OUR STORY
Southern Stay was built from two passions we share: helping people build their happy life through real estate and help them experience all the unforgettable places and magic the South provides to travel lovers.
What began with a simple dream of buying our own little getaway cabin turned into a 7 year business of real estate investing and hosting. We just wanted a place to escape and make memories with our family but wanted to be smart, have a return on our property portfolio, and make a little money to travel the South on. Along the way, we discovered something. We didn’t have to chose between enjoying a vacation home and building a smart real estate business.
That dream cabin became the foundation that The Southern Stay was built around. Today, we help others just like us…but with their own unique stays. For the past 7 years, we have helped property owners and hosts find and finance the right property, design it for the right audience, and create unforgettable experiences for the hosts and their guest.
